Why do you say "Call for Price?"  Power Play Music is under contracts with the manufacturers that we will not advertise below their minimum advertised price (MAP).  If we do, we could immediately loose our right to sell their products.  Therefore, on occasion when we are selling an item that may fall under these rules, we will tell you to "Call for Price."

How  can I have Power Play Music meet a competitors price?  Power Play Meets or beats competitors pricing as often as possible.  Of course there are restrictions, such as, a competitor must have the item in stock.  Also, the item must be a new item that is not discontinued and the item cannot be below cost.  If you need to know if the item your interested in can be matched or beat, the best policy is to call.

How  much will it cost to ship my items?  The best thing to do is call for shipping costs.  Shipping charges are changing frequently so it's hard to set a price and keep it there for any extended length of time.  Also, larger or heavier items can cost more.

Why can't I get a Power Play Music catalog?  Power Play doesn't waste their money on reproducing full color catalogs, instead, we pass the savings on to you!   (Of course we always have catalogs from each company to send you if you want.)

Does Power Play ever have specials not advertised on the web?  Power Play has a monthly e-mail list with specials sometimes not advertised on the web!  To get on the list, just e-mail us.

What if I need to return something?  Before you return an item, you must contact a Power Play salesperson for return authorization.  Also, all returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Never return an item without speaking to a Power Play salesperson.

Why should I shop Power Play instead of my local DJ store or other web based retailers?  Power Play Music offers personal service that is hard to find at mail order or other DJ supply stores!  Just ask some of our customers.
